What happens when you disconnect a Gmail account: Bearify deletes the stored tokens and the connection, and removes the Gmail message IDs, thread IDs and reply tracking data (reply counts and check times) from that account's sent-email history. The emails you wrote in Bearify (recipient, subject, body, send time, and open and click results) stay in your history until you delete your account, or until the owner of the organization you sent them in deletes their account in the app. Bearify also revokes its Google access for that Gmail account. One exception: if another Bearify account is still connected to the same Gmail address, Bearify does not revoke Google access, because Google applies a revocation to every Bearify account using that address; access stays in place for the other account until it disconnects. If Google does not confirm the revocation, the connection is still deleted, and Bearify tells you so that you can remove Bearify's access yourself at myaccount.google.com/linkedapps. You can remove Bearify's access there at any time, which ends Google access for every Bearify account using that address. Removing access there does not delete any connection in Bearify: each connection and its stored tokens, which no longer work, stay until the connection is disconnected in Bearify or its Bearify account is deleted.

What happens when you disconnect an Outlook account: Bearify deletes the stored tokens and the connection, and removes provider message identifiers and reply tracking data from that account's sent-email history. To also remove the permissions you granted to Bearify, see item 2 below.

What is deleted: your account, your Gmail and Outlook connections, your sent-email history, open and click tracking records, batch send records, and follow-up sequences, enrollments and events, together with your cards, contacts, tags, email templates, SMTP settings and profile. Deleting your account in the app also deletes each organization you own, together with the data other members added to it, including their cards, folders, tags, email templates, SMTP settings, sent-email history, open and click tracking records, batch send records and follow-up sequences in that organization. Their Bearify accounts, and their data in other organizations, are not deleted. To keep an organization for its other members, use the email request in item 4 below instead: we transfer ownership of each organization that has other members to one of them, and the data they added stays. Bearify also revokes its Google access for each connected Gmail account, with the same exception described under "What happens when you disconnect a Gmail account" above (if another Bearify account is still connected to the same Gmail address, Bearify does not revoke Google access for that address, and access stays in place for that account until it disconnects; an unconfirmed revocation still deletes the connection and tells you to remove access at linkedapps, which also ends Google access for every Bearify account using that address). Files kept in our cloud file storage (business card images, profile photos for your profile, your contacts and your organization, and email template attachments) are not removed automatically when you delete your account; to have them deleted, use the email request in item 4 below.
