1 登入 Gmail 帳戶 Sign in to Gmail Account Gmail アカウントにログイン

前往 Google 帳戶安全設定頁面：

2 開啟兩步驟驗證 Enable Two-Step Verification 2段階認証を有効にする

在安全設定頁面中，找到「兩步驟驗證」選項並啟用。

セキュリティ設定ページで「2段階認証」を見つけて有効にします。

3 產生應用程式密碼 Generate App Password アプリパスワードを生成

1. 在安全設定頁面中，找到「應用程式密碼」區段

2. 點選「產生應用程式密碼」

2. Click "Generate App Password"

2. 「アプリパスワードを生成」をクリック

3. 選擇應用程式：郵件

3. Select App: Mail

3. アプリを選択：メール

4. 選擇裝置：其他（自訂名稱）→ 輸入如 Bearify App

4. Select Device: Other (Custom name) → Enter "Bearify App"

4. デバイスを選択：その他（カスタム名）→ 「Bearify App」と入力

前往產生應用程式密碼 Go to App Passwords アプリパスワードを生成へ
4 儲存應用程式密碼 Save App Password アプリパスワードを保存

系統會產生一組 16 碼的密碼，請妥善儲存。這組密碼只會顯示一次！
